The Role: Product Development and Marketing Manager

(Work Location: American Fork, UT, Corporate Office)

Jamberry is an upbeat, fast paced environment; under limited supervision the Product Manager's primary responsibilities are to effectively manage product lifecycles to ensure success of existing and new products and align with company strategies; as well as managing the completion of product related projects within the time frame of the development calendar. This includes creating detailed project timelines, obtaining product samples, analyzing sell throughs, forecasting for future product launches and negotiating cost estimates/royalties. The Product Manager, under limited supervision and direction, translates new technologies and current trends into unique product concepts that align with Jamberry's business strategies. You should be able to handle tight deadlines, be self-motivated, and have initiative to exceed expectations.


  • Ownership of specific product lines for category growth.
    • Provides transparent product briefs for new products and updates to existing product lines.
    • Holistic understanding of competitive landscape and market trends.
    • Analyze sell-throughs and own forecast for product launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with several departments to produce compelling products and campaigns.
    • Work with design, marketing, and operations to support category growth for a profitable business.
    • Manage all parts of moving projects.
  • Manages, distributes and maintains reporting for assigned product categories.
    • Including packaging, workbooks, product data sheets, bill of materials and weekly sales reports.
  • Look for opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and new business development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product development/management
  • General experience in cosmetics/fashion industry
  • General understanding of product development processes
  • General knowledge of business systems, product costing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to support and implement processes to support a fast-paced organization
  • Passion for products and product life cycle
  • International experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
